Product
means any listed item in our Application.

Provider means any vehicle owner registered with us to serve by renting or
selling their products, It refers to third-party companies or individuals to
facilitate the Service, to perform services related to the Service or to assist
the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Third-party
Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website
through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service or to
refer the Service related information not limited to videos, audios, scripts.

account, offer unsolicited promotions, or to deliver services.

To carry out
our legal compliance obligations, such as to conduct a product safety recall where
necessary;
To provide the
Service and for quality assurance and training purposes, the Service may monitor
and record conversations between their respective Service centres and you.
You, on behalf
of yourself, all occupants of your vehicle, and anyone engaged in a
conversation with a Service about your Vehicle or your Account, consent to
monitoring, recording and sharing of Call recordings of all conversations
between the Service Centers and you or chats or others and you release WOW Retails and its Service from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses etc.
arising out of such monitoring, recording or sharing / disclosure of
conversations.
We may
share Your personal information in the following situations:
With Service
Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to
monitor and to contact You.

transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection

If we are
